Polytechnic

To furnish our aging youth just before they leave the Centre, Fiwagoh Mission is offering hands-on skills to these youth which enables them to be more responsible and self-reliant persons. Since the year 2015 to date, more than 150 adults brought up and trained up here in Fiwagoh are strong persons who are supporting themselves and their own families.

Different trades such as: Carpentry (woodwork), Plumbing, Electrical installation, Dress Making, Culinary & hospitality, bead work, Metal fabrication, farming, knitting, and printing work, are among the choicest trades for our aging youth which are sustainable source of income to our once called orphans. And soon we are starting more other classes for Leather work, Computer, Welding and Masonry.

Evangelism

As part of our calling to hasten the soon coming of our Lord Jesus, 2Peter 3:12, we are therefore called to evangelize to the entire world, but firstly, we in Kenya have to begin from home here in Africa.

Printing Press

We the Fiwagoh Mission Ministries believe with heart and soul that; this work of publishing is the heart of finishing the Everlasting Gospel to this soon perishing world. Silent messengers are needed so greatly to reach out to every living soul that has not heard of the Three Angeles messages. Therefore, since December 2021, with the few printing equipment that we had, we have distributed more than 750,000 brochures, tracts, fliers and books which are currently reaching out to our people in many countries of Africa including Ethiopia, Botswana, Namibia, Congo, and all Eastern Countries of Africa. More than 1500 baptisms have been done in various parts of Africa as a result of these silent preachers. If impressed to donate to this worthy cause please Support this department. There is a great need of funds to buy printing papers, ink and postage of boxes to various destinations.

Church Planting

There is also a great need to reach out to many people in need of the present Advent message which has much to do with preparedness to live righteously and a holy life before probation closes.

Translation

Many of the gospel materials widely known and well circulated are in the English language which to some Africans is difficult to read. In the African continent alone, we have more than 300 different languages and dialects. In accordance to the Angel that was seen by John the Revelator flying in the midst of heaven, he was preaching unto all that dwell in the earth, to every nation, kindred, tongue and people. We the Fiwagoh Mission Ministries, and with the help of our more than 17 full time Bible workers, are therefore also committed to translate most of these English materials into other main languages such as Kiswahili in Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania. Kinyarwanda in Rwanda, and as God opens more doors, we are going to do more translations, already we have completed more than 10 different articles and books that are already reaching out to the people in Africa, Praise the Lord! If impressed to donate to this worthy cause please Support this department.

Farm

farming at fiwagoh

Feeding more than 300 children with two main and heavy meals a day, is not an easy task. God blessed us with the 24 acres of land, unfortunately, we can only do what we call horticultural farming, only using the irrigation system because this place is quite dry, we cannot grow much of the dry cereals which is our staple food such like white corn, red beans, rice and others.

We are now forced to hire land outside the home area, where the land is fertile and has consistent rains for cereals as they require long rains. With the tractor that was donated by our well-wishers, we are now able to grow these cereals in order to meet the great need of the home.

Library

the fiwagoh library

With the donation of various titles of Books including the SOP books and other pioneer writers, we now have a good room for our students and staff for study. Knowledge is power as the English people said. However, there is still need for more books, Old Used Bibles and other commentaries for our young learners.

If you may have a Container load, or pallet of used books and Bibles, and other good articles, please contact us and we can arrange on how to get them here in Africa. Please reach out through our contacts at: info@thefiwagohorphanage.org and earmark your donation as Books for Library.
